Hours and Admissions 


  • Tuesday to Sunday, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, last guided tour of the day at 3:45pm (unless otherwise posted)

Special Notes:

It is recommended that visitors give themselves a minimum of 45-60 minutes to fully experience both historic homes.  Hours Subject to change without notice.  Visitors are encouraged to call or email ahead to confirm hours for specific date(s) - 519-756-6220 or  December is a busy month for school visits.  Please call ahead to ensure staff availability for tours.

The site is closed Statutory Holidays (including Remembrance Day) as well as March 30th, March 31st, April 1st, December 2nd, December 9th, 2018 and from December 22nd to January 1st.  The museum is closed on November 25th as we prepare the historic houses for Christmas.  On Saturday, December 1st and Saturday, December 8th, tours are only available from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. during our Christmas by Candlelight event.  Admission for this event is by donation.

Museum Admissions:

  • Adults - $7  Seniors - $6  Students (13+) - $6  Children (7-12) - $4.75 
  • Group Rate - $5.25 per person (groups of 15 or more with 2 weeks advanced booking )

Children 6 years and under admitted free. Rates for special events may vary.
